You can register your bike online through our official website. You will need your serial number, located under the bottom bracket, and a copy of your sales receipt to qualify for our lifetime frame and bearing warranty.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for complete bikes?
Standard shipping for complete bicycles typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Each bike undergoes a professional pre-delivery inspection before being packed and shipped.
Can I return a bike if I change my mind?
Unused and unridden bikes in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer financing options for high-end builds?
Yes, we partner with specialized financing providers to offer monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option during the checkout process to see if you qualify.
How do I find the correct frame size for my height?
Each model page features a specific size chart. Generally, if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more stability or sizing down for a more nimble, poppy ride feel.
Are your carbon wheels covered under warranty?
Our Reserve carbon wheels come with a lifetime warranty. If you break a rim while riding, we will replace it for free to ensure you get back on the trails as soon as possible.
